Digital Terms & Conditions Agreement

Level Up Hoops Academy — Please read all policies carefully before enrolling.

Development League

  • Minimum 3-Month Commitment
  • Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance
  • Sessions may be booked up to 2 months in advance
  • Families must book the correct program, time, and skill level
  • No missed sessions will be credited or refunded

AAU Program

  • Requires 6-Month Seasonal Commitment
  • Practice schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Friday
  • Practice times vary by age and level
  • Players must arrive 30 minutes prior to game time

Equipment & Uniform Policy

All athletes are required to:

  • Bring their own water bottle
  • Wear proper basketball shoes
  • Purchase and wear the official Level Up Hoops Academy uniform

Program Structure

  • 1-Hour Plan = One hour of training only
  • 2-Hour Plan = Separate extended training program
  • Plans are not interchangeable or transferable.

Attendance & Behavior Expectations

  • Athletes must be attentive and coachable.
  • Phones are not permitted during practice unless there is an emergency.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in reduced participation or dismissal.

Parent Policy

  • Parents may pick up their athlete at any time.
  • Parents may observe on Fridays during Open Practice only.
  • Regular practices are closed to ensure focus and development.

Payment Policy

Payments must be made on time according to your membership plan. Late payments may result in:

  • Late fees
  • Temporary suspension
  • Removal from program if unresolved

Commitments remain active for the full agreement term.

No Makeup / No Refund Policy

  • Missed sessions are not refunded.
  • Sessions are not transferable.
  • Commitment periods must be completed in full.

Pause Policy

  • Families may pause their membership for full calendar months only if the athlete is unavailable.
  • Partial weeks or partial months will not be prorated or credited.
  • Each Plan Day starts the date of purchase and renews every 30 days from that date.
  • Pause requests must be submitted before the start of the month being paused.
  • Commitment time will resume once the athlete returns.
  • Missed sessions within an active month do not qualify as a pause.
